Yorkville Mural Festival, 2026

August 2026 — Taglialatella Galleries Toronto is proud to celebrate the 2026 edition of Yorkville Murals, transforming the heart of Yorkville into an open-air celebration of contemporary art, culture, and community. At the centre of this year’s festival is Arcadia, a striking new mural by acclaimed Canadian artist Ola Volo, which envelops the courtyard of Taglialatella Galleries.

Known internationally for her distinctive large-scale murals and illustrations, Ola Volo creates narrative-driven works populated by expressive figures, flora, fauna, and ornamental motifs. Her practice brings together elements of traditional folklore and modern urban culture, creating richly layered compositions that feel both timeless and distinctly contemporary. With Arcadia, Volo brings that approach to Yorkville on an ambitious scale, turning the gallery courtyard into a meeting point between art, architecture, and public life.

Held August 22–23, the festival transformed Yorkville Avenue and the surrounding neighbourhood with large-scale murals, installations, live painting, music, and cultural programming—continuing its mission to bring contemporary art beyond traditional gallery walls.

Visitors are invited to experience Arcadia in person at Taglialatella Galleries , 99 Yorkville Avenue, Toronto. For any inquiries reach us anytime at Toronto@djtfa.com or by phone at 416-864-3850.
