June 1, 2022 – Taglialatella Galleries – Toronto and Yorkville Murals are excited to unveil the second mural of the season! Following the great success of last year’s Nina Chanel mural, we are once again closing off Bellair St to beautify the Yorkville neighbourhood. This year’s mural, running nearly the full length of the street, has been completed by South African artist, Ben Johnston. Known for his mind-bending typography and positive messages, Johnston has been making his mark on Toronto’s cityscape for a number of years. In his latest mural bold white letters twist and turn to reveal a simple phrase that sometimes we all need to be reminded of, “Look on the Bright Side.”
